To receive assistance for any Dormouse or Dynamic Tattoo Machines product it is necessary to ship the product to our office:

Please note that it is necessary to pack the product well (with paper, plastic or other), to prevent it from being damaged by any blows received during transport.

- telephone number
- shipping address
- receipt / invoice or document certifying the date of purchase (only if it is under warranty)

How much does Dormouse and Dynamic Tattoo Machines assistance cost?
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
All out-of-warranty repairs will be evaluated and will be charged to the customer upon telephone communication.
Ordinary maintenance / servicing of coil machines (disassembly, cleaning, spring replacement, setting, etc.) is carried out at the fixed price of € 40.00 including VAT per machine.
